These Booking Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all bookings made through the Insights platform, operated by Insight Media Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a service on the Platform, both clients (“you,” “your”) and creatives (“Creative”) agree to these Terms.

1. Booking Process

To book a Creative through our Platform, follow these steps:

  • Find a Creative: Browse through the profiles of our Creatives and choose the individual whose skills best match your needs.
  • Select a Date and Time: Choose your preferred date and time for the service. Please note that bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • Describe Your Service Needs: When booking, provide a detailed description of the services you require to ensure the Creative understands your expectations.

Once the Creative reviews and accepts your booking request, the appointment will be confirmed. If the Creative is unavailable, they may decline the booking.

2. Booking in Advance

  • 7-Day Minimum Booking Requirement: To ensure availability, bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the intended service date.
  • Short-Notice Bookings: For requests within the 7-day window, Creatives may not be available and retain the right to decline the booking.

3. Secure Payments

  • Payment Hold: Upon booking a Creative, the full amount for the service will be held securely by us.
  • Release of Funds: After the service is completed to the satisfaction of both the client and Creative, we will release the funds into the Creative’s account with us.
  • Disputes: If any disputes arise regarding the completion or quality of the service, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

4. Professionalism and Conduct

  • Professional Behaviour: Both clients and Creatives are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect at all times. Any inappropriate, offensive, or unprofessional behavior may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.
  • No Liability for Behavior: While we strive to ensure a professional environment, Insight Media Co. is not responsible or liable for the actions, conduct, or behavior of individuals using our Platform. If you encounter any issues, please report them to us immediately.

5. Price Changes for Last-Minute Modifications

If any last-minute changes are made to the service, scope, or timing after a booking is confirmed, these changes may result in adjustments to the original price. Both the client and Creative must agree to any price changes in advance of proceeding with the modified service.

6. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both clients and Creatives. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • 14 Days or More Before the Service Date: A full refund will be provided.
  • 7-14 Days Before the Service Date: A 75% refund will be provided.
  • Under 7 Days Before the Service Date: A 50% refund will be provided.
  • Day of the Service: No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Quality: We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of the services provided by the Creatives listed on our Platform. The client is responsible for selecting the Creative that best matches their needs.
  • Platform Usage: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims that arise from the use of our Platform, including but not limited to missed bookings, service issues, or payment disputes.
