Instagram Group (Insight Community) – Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of the Group
This group exists to connect like-minded creatives, collaborate on projects, share ideas, and coordinate group events and content days. The aim is to foster a supportive, professional, and active community.
2. Respectful and Professional Conduct
Treat all members with respect at all times. No abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or behaviour will be tolerated. Constructive feedback is welcome, but personal attacks or negativity are not. Keep discussions relevant to the group’s purpose – no spam or unrelated promotions without prior approval.
3. Participation & Attendance
Members are expected to actively participate in group discussions and attend events/content days where possible. If you RSVP “yes” to an event or content day, you are expected to attend unless unforeseen circumstances arise (please communicate if you can’t make it). Long-term inactivity (more than 2 months) or repeated no-shows to events without explanation may result in removal from the group.
4. Event Etiquette
Be punctual to all scheduled events. Respect the time and contributions of others. Follow any event-specific guidelines provided before or during the event.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
Do not share another member’s personal information, images, or content outside the group without their permission. Discussions, plans, and creative concepts shared within the group should remain confidential unless agreed otherwise.
6. Group Administration
Group admins reserve the right to remove members who breach these terms. Any updates or changes to these Terms & Conditions will be shared in the group before taking effect.
