Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

This Agreement is made between:

Insight Studio / Insight Media Co. (“Organizer”) and [Model Name Above] (“Model”).

2. Nature of Arrangement

The Model agrees to participate in a photography workshop event as a voluntary contributor for the purpose of mutual creative development, portfolio building, and skill enhancement.

Both parties acknowledge that:

• This is a voluntary, unpaid arrangement
• It is not an employment relationship under the Fair Work Act 2009
• The Model is under no obligation to accept or continue participation
• The Organizer is not obligated to provide ongoing work or compensation

3. Event Details

4. Purpose & Benefits

The purpose of the Model’s participation is to:

• Collaborate with photographers and creatives
• Build and expand their portfolio
• Gain on-set experience in a workshop environment

In return, the Model will receive:

• Access to final edited images (minimum [5] images)
• Exposure and networking opportunities
• Creative collaboration experience

5. No Wages or Entitlements

The Model acknowledges they will not receive wages, superannuation, or employee benefits, and that participation is not intended to create any entitlement under employment law.

6. Flexibility & Control

• The Model may decline poses, concepts, or participation at any time
• The Model may leave the event at their discretion
• There are no minimum hours or performance requirements

7. Image Usage & Rights

• The Model grants the Organizer and participating photographers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
• The Model may also use the images for personal portfolio and self-promotion
• Commercial sale of images (e.g. prints) requires separate written consent

8. Health & Safety

The Organizer agrees to provide a safe working environment.

The Model agrees to act responsibly and follow reasonable safety directions during the event.

9. Independent Participation

The Model acknowledges they are participating as an independent individual and are responsible for their own personal expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.).

10. Cancellation

Either party may cancel participation at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
